Our software helps the manufacturing industry optimize costs and reduce CO₂ emissions across product development, production, and procurement. With clients such as BMW Group, ZF, Brose, and Stabilus, we’re already a leading player in Europe – and now expanding into North America and Asia.

Our team of 65+ international experts is growing fast. We’re looking for you to join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) – with real opportunities to shape your role and grow quickly into a senior position.

Your Role

As one of the first BDRs at Tset, you’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline and driving growth.

  • Identify and reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Research markets, spot trends, track competitors, and uncover key decision-makers.

  • Qualify inbound leads and prioritize the best opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to create strong messaging and account strategies.

  • Keep everything organized in Hubspot – clear and simple.

  • Build relationships with potential clients and nurture them until they’re ready for the next step.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (B2B/startup experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (Hubspot experience is a plus).

  • A passion for technology and curiosity for industry trends.

  • Self-driven and structured, but also a strong team player.

  • Fluency in English and a second language is a plus.
