What you’ll do

Build and improve the backend of our core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow

• Contribute to the backend of our core product with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code

• Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)

• Deliver features and improvements aligned with strategic company goals

• Work on diverse backend challenges—from implementation and refactoring to performance and reliability

• Learn from and contribute to a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards

What we’re looking for

• 2–4+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar

• Good knowledge of relational databases and fundamentals of backend system design

• Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot)

• Interest in modern software architecture and the JVM ecosystem

• A structured, analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude

• Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
